Which 12 bore shells on wild boars?
I have been thinking of taking out my shotgun this instead of 7x57 for wild bores this year. Since I have not used it before on wild bores, I want to know if LG/SG is sufficient or should I load my repeater with slugs?

If you want to shoot a 12 gauge shotgun for wild boar, use Brenneke slugs.

yeah i second the Brenneke slugs, any one they have that shoots good (many have good luck w/ the k.o.'s, which are also usually the cheapest) also check out www.dixieslugs.com. they also have some evil buckshot, that groups stupid tight and has like 3 marble sized pieces of shot per shell. regular buckshot i'd stay away from.

I have used both foster and Brenneke KO slugs for hogs. Both will kill 'em, but in my Browning A5, the Brenneke slugs are more accurate.
