03A3 update, rear sight

Hi again, I have not shot the Remington yet, but have put a no-go gauge in and it will not close, so I guess I'm safe as far as head space goes. I did take the rear sight apart and it looks like I need a windage click spring, Does anyone know of a good source for small parts for this rifle? I have seen several on line and in the SGN, but thought I would ask the more experienced.

Thanks in advance,
Roy

It will be probably be easier to replace the entire sight assembly than to find a spring for it.

Just about any gunsmith should be able to make you a sight retainer spring from coil spring stock. Or find a replacement sight.

Hi. You can get an entire rear sight assembly for $30.10 from Gunparts. The wee parts are usually expensive and not easy to get.
