GOEX Cartridges

Can anyone tell me if GOEX Black Dawge Cartridges are loaded with corrosive black powder or a non corrosive BP sustitute?

Hello, Col. Most of the B.P. substitutes are corrosive..the REAL black powder is hygroscopic..it attracts water & will cause rusting if neglected..but is not in itself corrosive.

Not until they're fired and Pyrodex has an undeserved reputation for corrosion. I once left a 58 Remington uncleaned for nine days after using Pyrodex with no rust or corrosion.
