Need Holster
Just purchased what to me seems to be the perfect carry gun for hiking the wilderness, will pick it up on Monday. Its a Ruger Redhawk KRH444 revolver. I need a "Left Hand" holster. Am partial to a crossdraw but will settle for a regular "belt" holster. I want leather !!!!!!!!
Anyone have a thought on the subject ? This is a new weapon so it will be hard to locate. Ruger said they plan to carry one but it will be several months out........ All imput appreciated...................................Thanks. SEMPER FI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Easy to find. It's a Ruger Redhawk after all. Try these.
www.usgalco.com http://bianchi-intl.com/ www.ruger.com If you find a Galco or Bianchi you like, try this site. They carry all kinds of lefty leather and I've ordere several from them. Prices are great too. http://store.packinheatleather.com/index.html

Sportsman Guide
Hey,
My brother and I got our holster's at Sportsman Guide about Three years ago. All leather, and we both have scopes on our SuperRed Hawk's 44Mags. Just type in Holsters in there search. We both got the type that you carry on your hip. |

My problem seems to be
Have checked all sites, done searches and talked to Ruger. No holster for the Redhawk KRH 444. The problem is, "Its a new pistol by Ruger". Have inquiries into "packinheatleather.com". They have some nice left hand holsters in the 4" barrel" but none mention the KRH 444.
Was hoping someone has also purchased the new Ruger and found a supplier who carried a holster for it. Will keep trying, thanks for the imput....... I can have it custom made but the wait time is verrrrrrrrrry long. |

I know for a fact
Milt Sparks Holsters, Inc. has a 'mule' for 5.5" Redhawks (I have and use their HSR for both my 5.5" and 7.5" Redhawks.)

I highly suggest the Bianchi Carry Loc series. I have carried for 11+ years and it is by far the best holster I have ever used.
