I'll seecond the 'trap in Plano. Even took my CHL class there, and got a break on price for being a member (it's also an indoor range - rents so you can try before buy btw). There is also Lone Star Gus in Plano, about a block south of the Bullett Trap. They have better prices according to my friends, but I've never dealt with them. If you're in to reloading, there's a store about 2 blocks North of the same area called Gunmasters. They have a lot of reloading stuff, but few firearms for sale. They also seem kinda snubby the times I've been in there. YMMV.

If you need better directions, send me an email.

Third on Bachman's

It broke my heart when Bachman pawn and gun stopped selling on the internet. They had the best prices on pistols and rifles anywhere. I bought a couple from them before the quit. Texas is a "fur piece" to drive to get a deal for me!
