41 dated tula barrel on a 41 dated ishtvek high wall reciever ***?

Isn't the 41 Tula 91-30 rare as it is why would they put a Tula barrel in an ishtvek reciever?

Why?

Because those were the parts they had on hand.

When Soviet armorers were refurbishing these rifles after the Great Patriotic War, I doubt they were concerned about their future value to bourgeois capitalist collectors.

The Tula factory was being shut down in late 1941 as the Soviets dismantled the factory ahead of the German advance. Probably some of the parts went to Izhevsk and some went to the new factory location.

I recently just found this same configuration on 7.62x54r.net apparently the one they show in the pics is one of only 3 reported buy collectors in this configuration well I guess I have a fourth?
