Winchester 370 forearm removal

I have a Winchester model 370 20 gauge single shot. Anybody know how to take one apart? I would like to take the forearm off for a refinish and cleaning.

Tido: Just pull down on the front of the forearm and it will swing down. It's spring loaded. The barrel will then unhinge the same way with the forearm off.

I had an old 37 which is close to the same. Sometimes you need a real bear grip on them to get the forearm off.
