Necking down weatherby cases

I can geta deal on .240 Weatherby new un-fired cases, can they be safely necked down to .257 weatherby

i would think so...

but if you can figure out how to neck .240" DOWN to .257" then you can solve lots of more complex problems!

I know, I know... way too many smart-alecs on the internet!

That won't work , the cases are totaly different ! Different dia. , different rim , etc. etc. .
