"you gonna pull that pistol?" new holster
Got my holster I ordered from Old Pubelo. And can surely say, I am VERY impressed with the fit and quality. Especially considering the meager coin I dropped on it.
'58 style plain California Slim Jim in Dark Brown, left hand Cavalry twist. (so I can have my right hand on reins or saber ) Here is is with that $100 remmy I picked up perched atop it

No sir, no lining. Only set me back $45. You've got me wondering now if they offer lining

$145 for a pistol and holster like that? Nice job, sir! That combo would serve you well riding with Josey Wales.

Yes sir he does, really nice fella to chat with too. I had the holster in under 12 days to boot. Not bad for a custom order, hand crafted piece of nice leather Duelist Thanks Mike Allan can add old time carving also, for a very slight upcharge. Like this: I'll be ordering one like that for the 1860 very soon. The one I have now for the remmy fits snug as a bug. The pistol draws smoothly and re-holstering is a breeze.

Very good photography, you show the rigs as simple, strong and handsome. How's the fit?

The fit is AWESOME. The pistol fits as snug as my 5" Kimber sits in it's Galco speed scabbard. Even when trotting on my trusty mount Winston the pistol stays as secure as when I'm standing on the ground. I'm ordering one for my Uberti SAA clone.
