Coating an 1894 marlin
My brother has an 1894 .357 marlin that he loves. Marlin has come out with a ss version of it but the ones he's seen (hard to come by) have had some flaws, he's also had one with a large chamber that would bulge the cases. Are there any corrosion resistant coatings available that would protect like the stainless but be closer in looks to the original bluing and if so any ideas on cost? Thanks

Dura-Kote is a good product, but kinda pricey they have a kit for about 50.00
that you can do it yourself. Brownell's and Midway have it
