I was wondering if any one here has shoot any wolf brand 7.62x39 Russian ammo. It is 122
Gr. FMJ steel case non corrosive & has red water seal on the primer pockets & at the case mouth. Steel case is laqured. I got a deal on 2 cases of 1000 rds each & am wondering if this is good ammo because the price was rather low. I have an aks semi auto that I will be shooting it out of, as well as a sks semi auto rifle. I would like to know if it is ok ammo before I buy 2 cases of it. ------------------ Every year, over 2 million Americans use firearms to preserve life, limb & family.Gun Control Democrats would prefer that they all die, instead. ernest2, Conn. I'd shoot it. Just be sure to wash your hands and face thoroughly after using or handling it. I've read on the AK web (AK47.net) that there's a lot of lead residue. You know, there's something to be said about steel core ammo.

Russian ammo, Russian caliber. Does it get any better? I've shot quite a bit of it and the other Russian steel-cased JHP 7.62x39 and it's been great.
