Gun Shipping

Here is the situation, I need my stepbrother to send me 2 handguns from
California to Colorado. Will he need to ship from a gun dealer in cali to another in Colorado ? Can he ship UPS ? Any info is welcome.

He can ship them directly from him, using UPS or FedEx. But on your end they will have to be received by an FFL and then transferred from the FFL to you. If your FFL won't accept handguns from a non-FFL, then obviously your brother will need to use an FFL on the CA end, as well.
