Barnes bullets...fouling/accuracy?

Do the all copper bullets foul a barrel badly?

How is the accuracy?

The newer generation (the one's with the rings around the shank) don't foul the bore like the older one's because of reduced friction between the bullet and bore. Their accuracy, in many guns, are very good or better than standard bullets due to their longer-than-normal shank.
