Concealed Carry Inside TX State Capitol
God Bless Texas
Carried my trusty Colt throughout my state capitol building. They just swipe your CHL card instead of making you go through the metal detectors.

Line to get in is usually shorter and they welcome you with open arms. I was told when going in they appreciated me bringing my CC with me! I am a Native Texan and appreciate the respect our Legislature has shown us in promoting the legal carry of concealed handguns in our state. BTW, the State Fair of Texas also promotes CC in the fairgrounds! The line there is absolutely much shorter and much quicker to get through if you are carrying!

Thumbs up to TX! I live in TN and our state capital (republican led) has become a very liberal, anti-gun city. As you walk downtown business after business has the anti-handgun stickers or plaques in their windows. There is NO WAY you would legally get into our capital with a weapon. I applaud TX.
