What a dumb person. He even tried to drag the cow away too? He probobly shouldnt be hunting.

Where we bow hunt elk, we very seldom see any law-enforcement people. One year, a sheriff pulled up and asked to see everyone's arrows. Someone had shot a cow (yes, a moo-cow - not a female elk) with an arrow and fled. Sheriff was checking to see if he could get lucky and find a set of arrows that had fletches that matched the one that killed the cow. Never heard if they found him or not....
Amazing how few knuckle-heads can give hunters a bad name.

True story:
A group of hunters in NY shot a goat, tagged it, and tied it to the top of their car. The cops saw it at a fast food place, went in, and asked whose deer it was. They all whooped and hollared in excitement, till he explained the issue to them and wrote them all up. Amazing.
