A set aside conviction question
Can a person that has had a conviction set aside, who can legally purchase guns and obtain multi state CPL,CWP,apply for and get a FFL?
I know I'm new and this is my 1st post, but I just found this site,I'm on 3 other gun forums with the same screen name. |

The BEST answer is "find a lawyer who is knowledgeable in firearms law and pay him/her for the time to get a good answer."
When in doubt, a few bucks is a worthy exchange to get a reliable answer that will keep you out of the gray bar hotel. |

I was just seeing if anyone knew on here. If I decide to pursue getting a FFL I'll just go right to ATF,no reason to ask a lawyer, they can't arrest you for asking them a question.

I've only had one brush with the law, that was 28yrs ago,I'm just glad I was fortunate enough to get a 2nd chance.
