Browning Citori Plus

I was thinking of purchasing a used Browning Citori Plus for trap/skeet shooting when I came across these photos. Has anybody seen these photos? I never knew a shotgun could do this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Your attachments are not working. I have a Plus but have not shot it in years. Its good for doubles but really to bulky for singles. There is a following for them.
