PMC 50 BMG Brass -is it any good

Has anyone reloaded with PMC 50 caliber brass? Problems?

Certainly cannot speak for PMC brass for the 50 but it is heavy duty and very good for .308s. But that doesn't necessarily equate to how it would be for the big 50. But at least your post got my attention. My son shoots the 50 but he is not immediately available to ask what ammunition he uses.

I thought that Julius carried an XXXVIII, or was it an XLIV, concealed of course so it was not well known.

Ouch, the dreaded "M-1 thumb", you just know it will happen eventually, so why not do it now and get it over with??

Rumor has it that their Philippine produced brass is extremely hard to de-prime. Sounds like they'd have to pin it in the caseings. I don't need troubles like that. Sizing is difficult enough to say the least as I only have to Lee 50 cal. press, not the Godzilla RCBS machine. (can't afford it.)

Contrary to popular opinion, Caesar did not carry a magnus.
