Lee 200gr Conical, will it fit Pietta 1860?

I'm looking to see if this conical will fit this gun without having to take the cylinder off. Also, has anyone tried Lee's 36 conical in a Pietta 1851?

If its a .375 it should work ok. I have a .380 mold and while its doable its a royal PITA. They're not quite as accurate as round balls either.

No, the Lee conical will not work on a factory Pietta Army in .44.

Either the loading port on the bottom of the barrel will have to be openned up, or the cylinder loaded off the gun.

Depends on your chambers. The Lee 200gr conical is .450 and the Lee 220gr conical is .456
