What do you EDC?

On your person, not in an extra bag, what do you EDC?

Me:
Wallet
Multi tool knife
Flashlight

When legal:
1911 CCO IWB
spare mag

Wish I could find a thin left RR pocket pouch for band aid, pills, basically a light med kit.

In the interest of keeping this firearms-related, I'm moving it to the general handgun forum. Discussion of wallets, etc. isn't really our mission.

Carry..............a pocket knife and P32 (when legal). I always have various tools, lights, first-aid stuff, etc., in my desks, cars, and brief cases.

I'm still looking for a belt and suspender combo, and jacket, that will hold up and cover a Dillion mini.

Failing that, how about a VP9?

G17 or G26, IWB or OWB depending on how I'm dressed, some times a spare magazine. LWS32 always in pocket or sometimes a light weight 5 shot 38. a cheap S&W swat type lock blade clipped on a pocket.

wallet, keys, cell phone don't count as that's what everybody carries.

I pretty much always have my wallet, phone, keys, chap stick, and pocket knife on me. My Beretta PX4 Storm compact sometimes goes along for the ride as well.

Kahr CM9 IWB in PJ holster. ZT 0562 knife and Big Skinny leather card wallet FR pocket. Samsung S5 FL pocket. Hamilton Field Mechanical watch on a tan Nato strap.

Then I usually have a Maxpidition Mico pocket organizer in my RR pocket. In that I keep a Leatherman Juice S2, Primus folding spoon/fork, Streamlight Stylus Pro, Mini Bic lighter, Zebra telescopIng pen, paper, zip ties, folded produce bag, various meds, and Bandaids.

Is that a Colt CCO Nathan? I don't see folks talk about them too often. Great CCW gun. Great gun period. They shoot nice too.

For me it's just my CCW, cell phone, and a little Gerber Curve on my keychain. (I also carry a Surefire G2 flashlight in the wintertime, carried in a coat or jacket pocket. In the summer I have the light in my phone if I need it.)

As far as the carry guns, it's either my Colt CCO or lately my new CZ PCR carried IWB with Kholster Full Moon holster. Spare mag is carried in a weak side knife pouch.

Depending on the situation where IWB may not be possible, I'll just pocket carry my S&W 642 in a Desantis pocket holster. One or two Bianchi speed strips carry reloads in a weak side pocket.

Pocket carry is more convenient, but I'm getting away from carrying the little revolver though. I don't shoot it as well as the CCO or PCR (nor reload near as quickly) and I'm not very comfortable with that.

In the cars, office, and of course home, I have extra water, food bars, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, bigger knives and flash light, among some other emergency gear.

My CCO is the Dan Wesson CCO in 45 Auto duty treat. I like the format and weight a lot. Recoil is a bit high, but I like the confidence 45 Auto gives.

I've also been known to carry a Kahr P40, or cw380 from time to time.....depends on attire.

Looks like a very similar gun to the Colt. Commander slide, aluminum Officer's frame. I love that form factor. They still have a good sight radius and decent barrel length.

I shot mine in USPSA for a while and I did fairly well with it. You can definitely shoot accurately and quickly with these guns with a little practice.

Four days a week my normal carry is a custom .38 Super Colt 1991A1, as pictured below. Three days a week, when I'm working, it's a custom 9mm S&W 360J snubby. I also carry a knife, currently it's a Kershaw Echelon, and a light, it's a 5.11 TMT PLx Penlight. In addition, I always wear a watch, and carry my wallet, my keys, phone, some cash, and a pen.
