i have noticed on my ruger and marlin that the bullet frequently hit the edge of the barrel when feeding . i was curious to know if drilling a ever so slightly larger hole and only a few thousands deep would help them feed better ? would the ejector have a hard time grabbing the spent shell ? i will hack anything on the ruger except the barrel since the other parts are so cheap . i have ordered a Volquartsen Exact Edge Extractor and bolt and a few other goodies for it but they have not come in yet . should i just wait and see what happens with those ? ps the head hits the barrel and bends it beyond use and i have even had a few fire off that way
