"View New Post"not working

The "view new posts" function is not working.

It is working now.The message used to say "Disabled by administrator" or something like that.Really love the new software!!!!!!!

That's my point. It was never "not working".

It used to say "Disabled by the Administrator" in order to let you know that it was....ummm....disabled by the Administrator. What part of that message led you to the conclusion that it was "not working"?
