Need info on this scope?

Had this scope in my safe for a long time... I want to know some info on this... I know the Who made it and Where it was made. and its a little dusty... but if anyone can shed anymore light on this ..

Plenty of Expert German collectors that should know a little abt this scope..

Also what is this worth in a ballpark figure ...
