rail question- high or low?
question:
which is better? A rail thats a high mount so you can still use the iron sights or a low mount that i guess the iron sights would get in the way of when looking through i assume youd see the front iron. right or wrong? what do you guys think? |

What are you mounting it on?
On my AR's, I need a little lift to be able to cowitness, on my AK's, I need things as low as I can get them to do the same. |

I used an ARMS claw mount on my MP5, worked great. They hold zero as well as the HK's and are about half the cost. They also have a flat top rail, instead of rings, so the red dots are easy to mount.
Dont know if the GSG-5's receiver is a match size wise to the MP5, but its the way I'd go if it were. |
