Winchester Trench Gun....Information needed...

Please be kind, I'm out of my niche. A friend has an opportunity to buy a Winchester Trench gun. He wonedrs if it's legal in Wisconsin and what kind of money it is worth? That's all I have. Can anyone give me a hand with these questions? Feel free to paint with a large brush concerning value...he wouldn't know how to grade it either. In the meantime, I'll use the Search Feature like I ought to.....Thanks....Zebulon

I don't know Wisconsin law, but I can't think of any reason it would not be legal. But I will caution that a lot of the "trench guns" out there are fake, so if there is serious money involved, please tell your friend to do his homework.
