If it comes to it, have the credit card company void the charge.

Right, and...
don't wait. You only have a certain number of days within which you can dispute fradulent charges once you know or should have known about them.

I'm new to the forum here, but thought I'd add my 0.02 on ASPI tactical. Same problems you guys have had.
Ordered on the "web" on 12/16/04, my CC was charged on 12/17/04, and I've tried both phone and email to contact them (many times). Seems no one is "home" at ASPI Tactical, or perhaps they are running a neat SCAM. I'm pissed! Writing a "disputes charge" letter to my CC company tonight. Orion 762 |

Order two Bersa magazines by way of web on 1/3. Received yesterday by priority mail. I was wondering the samething as all of you. No one at home on phone/voice mail full/no response to email.
But my order was filled and the magazines were as advertised. |
