I'm in the jailhouse, now. I ...

may as well be in the jail house, now. I finally bought another shotgun, but in California you have to wait 10 days for the state to check to see if you are a serial killer. This stinks, since you usually get to have your fun before going to jail. This is the opposite. Jail and then you get the gun.

After all this time I got the 12 gauge XS Skeet with 30" barrels that BigJimP has suggested for months. I have to get it cut for an after market adjustable comb. Now if I could only learn to point it at those little flying suacers.

Don't get me started on California politics. While Arizona seems a bit harsh, it is becoming easier and easier to understand where its laws are coming from.

I do feel sorry for any gun enthusiast's in California and I guess that somehow in electing their governing body they forgot to make common sense important

Who wants out

I edited my tasteless comment about the ladies in the holding cell next door out of respect for the women shooters that may come across this.

I've lived in CA for pretty much my entire life (49 years). The way I sum up this states politics is I have never seen so many law makers ready to punish law abiding citizens due to criminals breaking the law.

And the worst part is they just keep doing it (the law makers that is).

Brownings never fit me well, but that's the only thing against them.

Fine guns. If only they'd quit punching all those holes nigh the muzzles.

Enjoy....

Dave, Those holes are where you hide the wacky tobaccy in plain sight on those special hunting trips.

It'd take a lot of controlled substances to make me like those ports.

Still I did have a Buick once with portholes.....

Now I know why old Buick owners were so happy with them.
