Hornady Blank Cartridge Die Set

Anyone have reloading data for use with Hornady's Blank Cartridge Die Set? I emailed Hornady asking for loading data and they said:

We recommend that you contact someone like Hodgdon as they should have the data you need. We appreciate the inquiry.

Thank you

So I emailed Hodgdon and they said:

Sorry, we don't have information on loading blanks.

I'm interested in loading some blanks for noisemaking purposes, but don't want to purchase the die set without access to proven loading data.

Real blanks use special powders, not the stuff used in live ammo. This'll help though.

You could use fff black powder, I would suggest looking for a compAny that sells firework supplies.

It would help if you listed the blanks you are interested in loading/making.

Was mostly interested in revolver cartridge blank data, 38 Spec. & up. It's interesting that neither die maker (Hornady & CH4D) offer any load data for their blank die products.

It isn't going to be that hard to reload blanks. If I wanted to reload blanks I would contact one of the local reenactment groups right here in town.
