I seem to be "double-tapping" my posts any ideas?

The most common reason for a double post is hitting "submit" more than once. When it seems to take forever for your post to be accepted, it may already be posted - it is the acknowledgement which is being delayed.
Without the acknowledgement, many of *us* have tried a second time to post our comments (which already were on the thread). Therefore, the dreaded "double tap". Also under investigation by competent computer experts (which leaves me out), is the small possibility that the system itself may double post after some extensive period of waiting. Again, the most common reason for a double post is submitting the post twice - especially when the system is slooooowww. |
