Smith and Wesson Model 36 -- Grips and Holster???

I have an older S&W Model 36, Chiefs special, 38 cal with a 2" bbl that I would like to modernize with a nice set of grips and a CCW holster. Any ideas???. Thanks.

Some kind of "boot grip".
