Remember my post!!!

About being confused on what to do with my 300 Win Mag. Well I found my pot of gold.. I used a 168 Gr Game King HPBT Sierra, with 70 Grains of IMR 4350, and it dont kill ya. I havent had it graphed yet, but, my groups are incredible. My buddy has a Steiner spotter scope and saw my groups, as soon as I can down load the pics and video Ill post it, at 100 yds I was high and 3 shots were within a nickle, at 150 it was the same, at 203 yds, (Property line), I was on the button with my group being within a Quarter size, a little larger, but not a whole bullet. I now love this Remington 700, its a great shooter. Thanks for tips and advise from everyone.

Thats great to hear Roach. I also have a rem 700 in 7mm-08. I also found that using Nosler 150 gr balistic tips and IMR 4350 as well made my gun an absolute tack driver. 1 hole groups a 100 yards. The rem 700 must really like IMR 4350

I know, I always thought that the Model 70 Winchester, or Browning A-Bolt was the only way to go, I have a 308 Model 70 Feather weight, great gun. But the Remington is great!
