IDPA rules

Have CZ 75 BD.For IDPA, when drawing from holster will I have to be in decock position or double action.As you know double action is very stiff.

Yes.
If all it has is a decocker as the BD does, then it must drawn from the holster in decocked condition for a double action start. The BD decocks only to half cock, I wonder why yours seems so stiff.
