Teh best combat shotgunever is??

Hello everyone!

Give me your opinion on this:

WHat was or is the best combat shotgun ever?.......and/or your favorite combat shotgun.!!??

model 11 rem,ithaca 37 and the rem 870 in no particular order.....all with riot length and 6 shot mags,after all if its good nuff for the army good nuff for me and if ya really wanna get old about it the model 97 winchester was a workhorse too!

by the way, i certainly don't claim to know "the best" shotgun!
but i will tell you what i like. Currently i have four shotguns.
mossberg 590, rem 870 magnum, hk benelli M1, hk benelli M3.
and i love each one like i love my own kids (well almost).
I am fastest with the 590 tho that is certainly a product of a LOT of practice. the M1 and the 870 have been out to the range once as they both were recently aquired. the M3 is at the FFLs as I write. these are the four shotguns i have always wanted and now i can test and evaluate to my hearts content.
