One piece wooden grips

I have just aquired a Cimmeron Model P SAA, which is a beautiful gun, and it has one piece wooden grips. My question is if I buy a set of replacement grips from Cimmeron, would they fit my Third Generation Colt SAA? I know the pin that holds the Colt two piece grips in place would have to be removed, but before I do this I want to know if they will fit. Has anyone tried this?

Thanks
Mike

I'm not sure they would be close enough to fit them to a Colt frame. SA Uberti grips are fitted to each individual gun and won't interchange with another Uberti without work.

In a word, no. There is no guarantee that grips will even interchange between two Colt's, much less across brands. It ain't cheap but it's best to have a new set fitted to your frame.
