How to break an AK front sight post loose?

I've trashed 3 sight adjusting tools, soaked overnight in penetrating oil and applied heat so what's next?

I got the big C type adjuster, try turning in and out, mostly its the
phosphate coating thats baked on that seals the sight in,some sights are plastic but yours has to be cast steel,I broke one off
and had to drill it and use a extractor to get stub out, while your
sitting at tv just try the in and out twist, it might just come loose.
