ruger 77 mk II trigger

Due to the 6 1/2 lb factory trigger, I am considering having a Timney trigger installed by a gunsmith. Has anyone had a Timney installed in a Mk II (or made the installation) who can advise how much stock and/or trigger guard alteration is necessary to install a Timney in a Ruger 77 mk II?

Centre1, unless I'm thinking of something else there is no inletting to be done. It's been a few months since I put one in but I don't recall doing any inletting on that job. George
