Model 19-3 w/6" bl. New to me.

Paid $470 for this one. Got it from a co-worker. It belonged to his grandfather who purchased it new in 74 and then carried in in his RV. A sock drawer gun if you like. My co-worker isn't big on revolvers and his grandfather (who is still alive) suggested that he sale it. He knows I'm a big revolver fan and knew that at least with me it would go to somebody who would appreciate it. And he's right. Very excited. Model 19's are getting harder to find and in the past I've had a harder time finding the 6" version. I actually like revolvers with 6" barrels.

I actually had no idea that the box was going to be part of the deal. Paperwork is in that box. So I was very excited when I got both.

My uncle has one so close to it, as to only differ by serial number.

It's a beauty. The 19's have nice lines.

I have one like it, my favorite of all. Best all round gun I know of. I need a 4" and a 2-1/2" to go with it. They're on my list.

That was absolutely a fantastic deal, I'd be ALL over that for more money than you paid. It is definitely a beauty.
