This may be a stupid question - I don't know. The reason I ask is because I saw a Hornady "45 Long Colt/45 ACP" die advertised in Midway's catalog. Midway tells me that the die set will only re-size 45 Long Colt brass, but that it can be used to SEAT .45 ACP bullets (into .45 ACP brass that has been sized, I guess).

I already own an RCBS 45 Long Colt Carbide Die Set. My question is, if I can find a 45 ACP sizing die, for say 5 bucks (I don't shoot much of this ammo), can I use the 45 Long Colt die to seat AND crimp? Thanks.
