If you mailed the money by USPS, contact your local Postal Inspector for possible help. They helped me once with a problem vendor in NYC. That vendor would hang up on me when I called and would not send merchandise I paid for. They jumped thru hoops to send the correct merchandise immediately when the Postal Inspector contacted them.
