Acknowledged on 7 June he received pmt on the 6th & would ship "this afternoon" being the 7th.
Day by day kept saying was too busy each day. Did thank me for patience.
Finally "Promiced" to get it out Monday 11 June. Postmarked 12th.

It sounds like you may be slightly perturbed, and if so, I apologize for that. I didn't lie to you, I've just been sorta hectic lately. I'm self employed and don't work everyday. When the phone does ring, I'm on it. That and I had my water-pump on my truck give it up too, that also slowed me down.

But you did get it and in the condition described. So all's well that ends well. It was late. I do apologize, but other than the delay, nothing else was in question. I pride myself on honesty and did what I could do to get it to you. If you're dissatisfied with it in any way, send it back and I'll refund you. I certainly don't want you to walk away from this with anything less than a smile.
