More Uberti vs Ruger....

This time in .44 Special:

Lest you think the Uberti is some slouch in the accuracy department, or needs its sights adjusted, it is capable of doing this:

+1
I notice that your groups tightened up with the Ruger and the higher pressure. Mine did the same thing. All of my S&W’s like 5.2 but the Ruger really tightened up with 5.6 and a Penn bullet.
What wadcutter are you using?
44 Specials ROCK!!!

The bullets i've been using are from Missouri Bullets and are their EK type bullets.

That's pretty much the whole story. The Cimarron Model P is a very nice sixshooter. It suffers from (for me, anyway) having those fixed sights, the rear sight being the rounded top of the frame. The Ruger provides me with a much better sight picture.

Notice too, that the Uberti shot low on the large bullseyes, but actually shot to point of aim, as I use a six o'clock hold. When a smaller bull is used, its dead center. So I don't forsee going to any other type of sight.
