45 acp/super 'ruger only' in convertible blackhawk loads?

Hi guys, thanks again for helping me with the previous blackhawk and ruger only loads. You helped me determine that mine is the new blackhawk and can handle 'ruger only' 45 colt loads. That being said, do you guys have any load data for a beefed up 45 acp that works in your guns or 45 super? This seems like it could be pretty economical and I can't seem to find good 45 colt brass anywhere. Can it be done safely and have you done this and can you share any info? I currently have unique, powerpistol and win296. Thanks again!

I've run 11 grains of 2400 and any boolit up to 255 grains in my BH. I believe somebody runs this load commercially calling it their "bear load", can't remember who right now. Would consider 45 Super loads in 45 Super brass, but haven't tried it.

I have run loads 1/2 grain Unique above the old Speer manual listed max with the 200gr JHP. Clocked 998fps from a 4.25" barrel Sig P220. Cratered primers in 1911s.

The Ruger didn't seem to notice.....

Use caution, and good safe reloading practices! Have fun!
