If you're referring to a cheap SKS rifles in their sales flyers, AFAIK all of them are Yugos, mostly the same class of M59/66s that have been available from many other suppliers for at least 5 years now.
The last time Russian SKS's were imported into the USA in quantity was in the mid 1990s. Import limitations have capped the supply of Russian semi-automatic firearms in this country since that time; they have to be on a special ATF list to be allowed, and it's unlikely that the list will be amended anytime soon, as US gunmakers have an obvious motive to maintain it. (AFAIK the list was codified with the 1994 AWB, but along with a few other provisions, it did not expire in 2004 with the rest of the law.)
