Can anyone tell me how to disassemble the bolt from this rifle? Or where to find the information. This particular rifle bolt has me stumped.
Thanks |

Might want to try holding the trigger back while withdrawing the bolt. There are several commercial rifles (.22's) that require this for bolt removal.
Otherwise - Harley's out of pocket - I'm sure he can give you better guidence when he gets back! Giz |

Gizmo, getting the bolt out of the rifle is no problem. It has a bolt release on the side of the receiver. I am trying to find out how to dis-assemble the actual bolt. I have removed the 2 pins that hold the firing pin and extractor in the bolt but still cannot figure out how to finish taking it apart. I don't really need to take it apart, but I like to know how things operate.
Thanks for responding, do you know when Harley will be back? I just figured it out! Got it cleaned and re-assembled and it still works! [This message has been edited by JonShaKel (edited February 27, 2000).] |

If (big if) I can do the math right, he'll be back arounf the 24th.
I have no idea about the disassembly of your bolt. Giz |
