Does anyone know where I can find disassembly instructions for an Ithica 49 Single shot .22 ?

You might do a search on this site. A couple of years ago there was a good discussion about disassembly of the Ithaca Model 49.

One thing, DO NOT try to drive the big breechblock pivot pin out of the gun; you will destroy the receiver. Remove the lever first as a spring loaded pin in it fits into a groove in the pivot pin.
