44 rem mag, nosler, and aa#7
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have any reloading info for the 44 rem mag using 240 grain nosler hollow points and aa#7 powder? I can't find the info anywhere including the accurate website, nosler book, and I telephoned nosler as well. The load is for a dan wesson 8" barrel. Can you use data from another loading manual (lets say hornady) as a basis for your starting load? If anyone can point me in the right direction or has a suggestion I would appreciate it. Thanks Everyone |

For the starting load, sure--you should be able to use AA#7 data for just about any 240 grain JHP. It would be good to cross reference your chosen starting load with three or four other manuals to make sure that that particular starting load isn't close to or over the max load in the all the others (slim chance of that, but not unheard of).
