Adjustable cheekpiece for scoped M1A?
Has anyone built there own adjustable cheekpiece for thier scoped M1A? If so, how did you go about doing it? Im trying to avoid "strap-on" risers, or anything that isnt perminant. Thanx -

Semi-permanent, but not adjustable.
This one just happened to give me the right amount of comb rise:
It's a HK G3/HK91 comb riser, but it's good for any rifle with a straight stock that can accept two wood screws. Resin plastic, so you can contour it to your own preferences, and is easily painted. Federal Arms has them, but I don't know if they have an online website yet. |

That's how it came.
Although I was ready to do some filing and sanding, I didn't need to.
