147gr. XTP @1.115" OAL
4.4grs. WSF or 4.1grs. Unique or 3.5grs. Universal Clays
WSP or CCI-500 primers

These shoot half inch at 15 yards from sandbags, so they will surely shoot 1" at 25.

+1 on CCI primers, XTP 147 grain bullets and unique or WSF.
WIN primers may do it too, but my 550 doesn't like 'em.
HS-6 is very good too, but isn't any better or worse than WSF or unique, and will cost slightly more because you have to use more of it.
I'd also sort your brass by headstamp.
WIN is good, starline is good. GECO is good. Others may be good, too. That's just what had worked for me.
Also, I'd sort by case length.
When your brass gets too short, it's headspacing on the extractor, which sorta wrecks your accuracy.
.750 is good, .745 may be too short, depending on your gun's chamber.
Lee factory crimp die for consistant crimping with any case length.
A bar-sto barrel will really help your accuracy, too.
Don't overcrimp.
