did anyone catch this on FOXNEWS yesterday? i'm trying to find more details
on this incident. can you say 'itchy trigger finger'? (ah knows thet yoo can...)

The guy was here in the Houston area. He was on the phone for about 7 minutes with a 911 dispatcher. He told them he didn't know the neighbor, but wasn't going to let the burgulars get away. He even made the statement on the phone, "If I go out there, I'm going to kill them". The dispatcher repeatedly told him to stay in the house, but he carried his phone along with him and went out & shot them. Both suspects died, and it is being investigated. According to Texas law, he had no right to use deadly force to protect his neighbors property.
