Looking for shooting school close to Indiana

I am looking for a school close to Indiana for some cc training\classes. I have a cc permit and know gun safety and how to carry, I want to go somewhere that will teach me things besides the basic entry level cc class. Thanks for the help. I would be nice if they had something before next summer.

You should look into the courses offered in Boone County (north of Indy). The Sheriff there hosts some of the top instructors in the world and opens the training to civilian and LE.

Rob's correct; a friend of mine took a course from Louie Awerbuck there. Additionally, in Mt. Carroll Illinois you'll find Blackwater USA's Midwest facility, which has the following courses available to the public:
Blackwater Open Enrollment Courses
Introductory Pistol
Basic Pistol
Advanced Skills Handgun
Tactical Pistol I
Tactical Pistol II
Basic Shotgun
Pistol/Carbine
Google maps tells me that Mt Carroll is about 5 hours from Indianapolis, so your time to the range may vary.

Boone Co. (Lebanon) Sheriff's dept. is about 45min. from me and I would love going somewhere that close. How would I go about getting info on courses there? All info would be great, would be nice to get the ball rolling. Thanks again!

Not only does Sheriff Campbell hosts some of the best instructors anywhere, he is a top notch instructor himself.
Highly recommended.

These folks are good people, and are starting a school of their own, as well as hosting both Massad Ayoob and John Farnum next year. Do a Google search for: Sand Burr Gun Ranch , and you will find a lot of information about them.
